Job Summary:
Provide exceptional service and build relationships with clients. Upholds the agency’s reputation and professional manner of conducting business in dealings with both clients and Georgia Premier Insurance Agency team.

Essential Functions:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Respond in a prompt and courtesy manner to customer inquiries.
  • Assist in providing insurance quotes for new and renewal policies.
  • Maintain all records of customer correspondence, interactions and transactions.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment and forms.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:

  • Relevant education and sales experience.
  • Must have at least one (1) year knowledge of customer service principles and practices, preferable in Property and Casualty.
  • Should have demonstrated effective verbal and written communications skills.
  • Competent computer skills applications including MS Office or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Accu-Auto rating and Prime Agency/Client Management systems is desirable.
  • Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection.

Earning Potential:

As a part-time Office/Customer Service Assistant you will receive a base pay that is commensurate with experience (potential for a full-time employment).

Agent/Customer Service Associate Position

Georgia Premier Insurance Agency (Property/Casualty) – Stone Mountain, GA

Job Summary:

Identifies and solicits sales prospects from various sources. Meets established goals and build relationships with clients. Upholds the agency’s reputation and professional manner of conducting business in dealings with both clients and Georgia Premier Insurance Agency team.

Essential Functions:

  • Makes the sale and collect necessary deposits, arrange for binders, certificates, etc.
  • Develop prospects through an organized agency direct solicitation program, referrals from present accounts, target-marketing leads and through community affairs, affiliations and other contacts.
  • Maintain and update data collections and uploads on a daily bases.
  • Coordinate distribution of renewals and other correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy of all policy documents prior to distribution to clients.
  • Maintain necessary licenses and continuing education for license renewal.
  • Other duties as needed.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:

  • Must be assertive/self-starter with the ability to influence others. Should have demonstrated effective presentation skills through both verbal and written communications.
  • Competent computer skills applications in Accu-Auto rating and Prime Agency/Client Management systems as well as MS Office or equivalent.
  • Internet skills including use of e-mails and group messaging.
  • Relevant education and Sales experience is highly desired.
  • Must have Property and Casualty Insurance License or.
